Whenever anyone asks me about an excellent copper cable for their Fitear customs or the TG334, the first cable that I will mention is the BW. Whilst some may scoff and say but it’s a copper cable… what I will say is to listen without prejudice and you will be very pleasantly surprised. The BW is undoubtedly one of the best copper cables around – it brings all the qualities we cherish in copper cables – organic sig and slight hint of warmth without the muddiness and sluggishness of many other brands of copper cables. The BW is also excellent because it has that extra sparkle which distinguishes it from other copper cables. One last thing I should mention – the normal BW cable brings across more detail that is usually only matched by other makes of copper cables of twice the number of cores. So, this is my first recommendation of a copper cable for iems. It has been and remains my favourite copper cable for IEMs. 🙂

I’d already bought a Silver Widow for my LCD-X and wanted a balanced cable for my se846 (for those long train and plane journeys) and I asked Frank for his advice expecting him to say Silver Widow but he recommended the Black Widow given my requirements – you know you are dealing with a proper gent when they recommend you spend less money with them! Anyway the Black Widow is awesome and the improvement over the stock SHURE cable is just ridiculous!!! Wonderful build and the attention to detail with the balanced termination is perfect. When people say that cables make no difference and all cost as much as Venezuela’s GDP they ought to give a listen to the Black Widow.

Bought this as a replacement for my awesome AWESOME silver venom, since I needed something more portable friendly. Always top notch cable, as expected from toxic cables. Immaculate build, and best of all, it really does make a difference compared with stock cables. It sounds clearer, and smoother. Really brings out the sound, especially the mid and lower. Very happy with the looks as well! 😛
